Resolutions Part 2

As i mentioned in a previous post, one of my new year's resolution was to try new things throughout the year, and so far its going pretty well, but i did forget to mention that i do in fact have another resolution... *drum roll* to get fit and healthy!
For the past 2 years I've been trying ages to lose weight etc etc buy going out running and sticking to a healthy diet, but junk food always over powered me, its just so hard to resist! But no, not this time. I've decided I will resist.
With the help of my mum and her new cookbook, We've found hundreds of healthy recipes for all kinds of meals, so now i can finally eat something that is good for you, without it tasting like cardboard :-)

Also recently, Myself and a friend joined our local gym, which is a great way to help you lose weight! The staff are ever so kind and it really gets you motivated to get fit. The Gym is also a great social place, as you can meet new people and work out at the same time! Plus, you don't feel embarrassed at all in the gym, because no one think's you look funny or no one judges you, because they're there for the same reason as you, so if you're thinking of joining the gym, don't let that stop you :-)
After the Gym, i always feel more positive and happier about myself, because I've done something I feel proud about, and i'm achieving my targets.




My Target is to get fit and lose at least a stone by July, as I'm going on holiday then *dances with joy* and i don't want to look like a complete potato in front of everyone haha.
If you have the same resolution as me, then don't let laziness and pizza etc get to the best of you, just think of the amazing results you'll get afterward, plus you will feel much happier about yourself, and more comfortable in your own body, which will make you smile and everyone around you!
